More control over reader attributes (passwords, attributes etc)

I wish i had the ability to set the password policy (characters, expiration etc) for all of my users.
I also wish i could incorporate custom fields - so they can tell me more about them (their company, their address, phone number, title etc). Right now, i can only search by email domain or name - harder to sort thru.

Hi Mike David - Thank you for the detailed feedback and for highlighting the importance of advanced reader management controls.
At this moment, customizable password policy settings (such as password expiry, 2FA enforcement, or complexity rules defined by admins) are not available in Document360. Similarly, while we currently allow basic sorting and filtering by name and email domain, custom reader attributes (e.g., company, title, phone number) are not supported natively in the reader profile management interface.
That said, we recognize the value of your suggestions, especially for organizations with stricter security requirements or a need for more granular user segmentation. We’re closely monitoring requests like yours, and if we observe more customer traction or similar feedback, we’ll be in a better position to prioritize this enhancement in our roadmap.

Mike Boe by default system suggesting the readers to follow the password policy. Sorting is available in the reader & groups as well.

Thiru: What i'm asking for is the ability to set the password policy as the admin (as in, myself as the admin of my D360 knowledge base instance). I appreciate that D360 has basic password rules (# characters, upper/lowers/special) - its a good first step. This enhancement request is saying D360 admins should be able to decide further security options like a mandatory password expiry period, 2factor, etc etc.

Thiru: as far as having more reader attributes, i re-posted my request because this post wasn't getting any attention from D360. I agree that i can sort by name and email but what i'm asking for is a few more fields on each team account so i can find readers faster in the event i need to change their permission or suspend their access. Right now i have to go one-by-one. https://feedback.document360.com/feature-request/p/more-fields-on-reader-account-setup

It's very important to set a password expiry.
