More fields on reader account setup
under review

Really wish we had more fields to add to this new user form. I have a mix of internal and external users on my knowledge base and not being able to capture anything beyond name and email makes it hard to deactivate accounts when folks leave.
Would be great if we had optional fields like Company, Department, Title...(i'm sure other users could identify more helpful demographic fields to add).
Would also need the ability to filter/search based on these fields.

This would be very useful to sort by position or department for follow up with specific groups of users.

Another missing field that would be useful is account creation date (even though this wouldn't be manually entered). I'm looking to deactivate accounts if they have not had any logins after a period of time.

Hi Mike Boe
Thank you for taking a time to share your feedback and we appreciate your feedback.
This seems to be valid request to address. For now, we will keep this request under review. Let me connect with my team internally to identify the technical feasibility and will share the ETA shortly.

Mohamed Shakheen: Mohamed - this continues to be a pain point for me and likely other admins. Do you have any updates on when/if this can be planned for an enhancement? Thank you!

Mohamed Shakheen: still hoping this feature request gets some attention soon.

Hi Mike Boe, Apologize for the late reply.
Adding more fields to the reader account setup isn’t part of our current roadmap.
However, we’re actively working on a feature to deactivate team accounts/readers, allowing you to manage those accounts when users leave.
