Many of our users need to see a big picture. This is made possible using workflows that are built on tools like draw.io. Here's an example - https://support.whatfix.com/docs/understandingthewhatfixworkflow. It would be great to be able to create these from inside Document360 - using Draw.io.

Adding a plugin to the editor in order to make the editor capable of drawing flowcharts and tree diagrams in the documentation.
currently, we support embedding the output from draw.io but the customer requirement is to have a direct possibility of achieving it within the document360 editor

@sunny, embeding is possible. But intergrating means we can edit the workflow in Document360. So if you look at how Draw.io integrates with Confluence, they don't have to generate and then upload content. Authors can create and edit workflows inside of Confluence using Draw.io functionality. I can show you how it is done... if you want.
