Filter KB Assistant by Reader Groups

We need the KB Assistant to show only content approved for a certain Reader Group automatically (or we need Reader Group filters to be visible and customizable specifically for the KB Assistant). We cannot think of a scenario where a user within a Reader Group should see more within the KB Assistant than the standard KB.

We also need this feature as we have multiple reader groups for our customer base and need to pass in a filter based on their type so that the KB Assistant shows the correct content for them.

Hi Forward Cattle
Thank you for taking the time to share your valuable feedback.
We are revamping the KB Assistant feature and this activity is progressing well. I will add your request to our list and consider the same for this feature.
I will make sure that I will share regular updates here.

Hi Mohamed Shakheen, I would appreciate if you could share an update on User Authorization enhancement. Currently, I couldn't enable the Knowledge Base assistant for the mixed project that requires user authorization.

Mohamed Shakheen I appreciate it if you could provide an expected time frame for the implementation of the revamped KB Assistant feature.

We would like to have two different versions of the assistant. Now we have 2 types of user groups in our platform (external and internal) and the assistant can only show one version. This feature would allow us to filter the assistant content depending on the reader group that is using it.
