The customer’s requirement is to host the same articles across multiple workspaces and they need a bulk replication feature to make this possible. Currently, it’s inconvenient to enable articles one by one. They also want the ability to replicate an article to multiple workspaces simultaneously, instead of repeating the process multiple times for each workspace.
