CSV export: protect entries with quotation marks

Comma-separated CSV exports, such as feedback, are not protected by quotation marks.
This is an import problem when article titles also contain commas because it destroys the column assignment in Excel or other tools.

Hi Institutional Magpie,
Thank you for sharing this feedback.
We understand the issue. When CSV exports contain fields such as article titles with commas, and the values are not properly enclosed in quotation marks, the column structure can break when the file is opened in Excel or imported into other tools.
We'll take this as an improvement request and review the CSV export formatting to ensure fields containing commas and other special characters are properly escaped and enclosed according to CSV standards. This would improve compatibility with spreadsheet applications and downstream import workflows.
We'll share updates once we have more clarity from our assessment.
