Feature Request

When users are not allowed to view the documentation because of an IP restriction, it shows a page saying their IP is now allowed. It would be helpful to include the custom CSS and JavaScript on this page so we can style it freely :)

Most organizations would have internal consumption of content. There must be a way to ignore all data collected from the organizations IP address. This will give a more accurate analytic reporting

If a user is trying to access the login page from a restricted IP, a 404 should be issued. Currently a user has to login to be notified that the page is IP restricted.
