Zendesk is deprecating API tokens, which are currently required for the Document360 Federated Search integration.
Requesting alternative authentication support to ensure the integration continues working after API tokens are permanently deactivated.

Thank you for sharing this request.
We understand the concern around the upcoming Zendesk API token deprecation and the potential impact on existing Document360 Federated Search integrations. Zendesk has announced that existing API tokens will be permanently deactivated by April 30, 2027, with OAuth being the recommended replacement.
This request is currently under review. We'll evaluate the feasibility of supporting an alternative authentication mechanism, such as OAuth, to ensure existing Federated Search integrations continue to work without disruption.
We'll share updates once we have more clarity from our assessment.
