We would like to request support for a functionality that allows our readers to access our Document360 knowledge base directly from the Zendesk customer portal without requiring an additional login
Our intended use case is as follows:
We plan to place a link to our Document360 knowledge base within the Zendesk customer portal. When our customers click on this link, we want them to be automatically granted access to the knowledge base without needing to authenticate again.
We are exploring the possibility of using JWT (JSON Web Token) authentication for this integration. However, since we don’t have our own custom application to generate and configure the JWT, we are considering whether Zendesk itself can be used as a custom application for this purpose.
Could you please let us know:
  • If JWT can be configured using Zendesk as the source?
  • Whether this setup would allow seamless SSO-style access for our customers from Zendesk to Document360?
