Workspace Specific Error pages.

When customizing error pages under Customize Site, they currently apply globally across all workspaces rather than being specific to the KB selected in the header like the main pages.
This causes an issue in multi-workspace setups when users encounter a 404 and click on the Documentation or Home button, they can only be redirected to one specific URL.
It would be helpful to have the ability to configure unique error pages and redirect URLs for each KB.

Hi Coral Firefly Nilesh
Thanks for taking the time to share this detailed feedback.
Right now, the customization of error pages under
Customize Site
is applied globally, meaning the same 404 or error configuration is shared across all workspaces. We understand how this creates friction — especially when each Knowledge Base has its own branding, structure, and redirect requirements. For example, a user landing on a 404 in one workspace may unintentionally get redirected to another workspace’s home page, breaking the overall navigation flow and user context. We’ll evaluate the feasibility of introducing
workspace-specific error page configurations
, allowing each KB to define its own error message, design, and redirect URLs. This enhancement would bring consistency and a more tailored experience across multi-workspace environments.Once the feasibility review is complete, we’ll share an update on the outcome and a tentative ETA if it’s viable for implementation.

The reason having the ability to configure unique error pages is crucial is because we have clients that are competing brands, each with their own KB. Having users for one of our client inadvertently navigate to another client's KB is not an experience that reflects well on my company trying to support them.
