word list

It'll be great to be able to configure a word-to-word list. For example, Lead in English = リード in Japanese.
Our company has specific term to use in the public documents.
I want an ability so that Admin can pre-configure the word list, in which the machine translation can pickup and use the matching word into the translation article. It will reduce repetitive manual update tasks.
Thank you for consideration!

Hi Kay Noda - Thank you for sharing your valuable feedback with us. I understand the importance of ensuring consistent and accurate translations for company-specific terms in your public documents. Your suggestion of a pre-configured word list that the machine translation can refer to is indeed a thoughtful one.
While we assess the technical feasibility of implementing such a feature, I would like to suggest a few workarounds that might help in the interim:
Glossary: You can use Glossary to define and manage company-specific translations. A well-maintained glossary can serve as a reference for translators and ensure consistency across documents.
Variables and Snippets: Utilize variables and snippets features. By defining your specific terms as variables or snippets, you can ensure that they remain consistent across different translations.
Post-Translation Review: Consider implementing a review process post-translation. While this involves manual intervention, it allows for a thorough check of the translated content against the company's preferred terminology.
I understand these workarounds might not be as seamless as the feature you've suggested, but they might assist you in maintaining translation consistency for the time being.
We'll continue to work on your feedback and explore how best we can accommodate your request in future updates. Please bear with us, and we will keep you informed of our progress.
