The customer would like to add custom icons in the highlighted section below. Currently, we have few default icons in the widget settings. But they want a custom Icon as the default option.

Thanks for sharing this feedback on behalf of Tangerine yellow Salamander.
At the moment, support for adding custom icons as a default option in the KB widget is not part of the current product roadmap. The widget icon set is intentionally limited to a predefined library to ensure visual consistency, performance stability, and ease of configuration across implementations.
We will continue to evaluate it against customer demand and overall impact. If we see broader adoption signals or multiple customers requesting deeper widget-level customization, we’ll reassess its priority in a future planning cycle.
