When a version already has one or more existing drafts forked from it, forking that version again gives no indication that other drafts already exist, which can lead to multiple overlapping drafts being created unintentionally.
When a user selects Fork on a version that already has one or more unpublished drafts forked from it, show an indicator or confirmation prompt listing the existing draft(s), so the user can choose to continue working in one of them instead of creating another one.
Benefit: Makes it easier to find and continue existing in-progress work on an article instead of unintentionally starting a new, overlapping draft from the same version.
