Vertical scroll bar on tables

For tables that don't fit on the screen because it has many columns navigating through the data is not user friendly - a solution would be:
- can freeze the table heading while scrolling down
or
- vertical scroll bar

For a table with many rows, and best would be to do both: freeze the heading and vertical scroll bar.
