Valid keywords incorrectly captured under No Results Found analytics

In some cases, keywords that are available in multiple articles are being recorded under the No Results Found analytics. For example, the keyword "Porting" exists in several articles but is still captured as a “no results” search.
This behaviour creates inaccurate analytics and confuses customers, since valid keywords should not be tracked as failed searches. The issue seems to occur when users apply certain search filters or advanced search combinations, and the filtered list of articles does not have the keyword searched in it, which causes the system to incorrectly categorise the search result.

Hi Zinnwaldite Weasel, Thank you for highlighting this—we understand how this can lead to confusion and impact the accuracy of search analytics.
This behavior occurs when filters or advanced search conditions limit the result set, causing otherwise valid keywords to be categorized under “No Results Found.” We agree that this does not accurately reflect user intent and can mislead analysis.
We will evaluate this further to better handle such scenarios and improve how filtered searches are classified in analytics. Based on traction and priority, we’ll consider this for our roadmap.

Valid search terms are appearing under “No Search Results” in Search Analytics, even though there are articles that match those terms

We have observed scenarios where valid keyword searches are captured under No Search Results when users search using advanced filters. This issue appears to occur when certain filters or advanced search combinations are applied, and the filtered list of articles does not contain the searched keyword, causing the system to incorrectly categorize the search result
