Upload Image to Selected Drive Folder

When clicking the upload button in the Drive, it should upload to the selected folder by default, rather than having to select it again from the toggles in the upload pop-up.
Even better would be the ability to upload images and files by dragging them directly into the Drive folders, rather than having to click the upload button first.

This seems like a small issue, but it's really annoying having to constantly select the upload folder. Many of our contributors accidentally upload into the wrong folder because of this
