Unable to export "Read Receipt" data for each article and each reader in a single export file.

Currently, If we view Analytics > Articles, we can see a list of all articles and their total views, reads, read receipts, etc. This information can be downloaded as a CSV but provides no specific reader information, just an overall summary. If we view Analytics > Articles > “Article A”, we can see a list of the readers that have accessed the article with details about their views, reads, read receipts, etc. However, we cannot download the information at this level.
Similarly, If we view Analytics > Reader we can see a list of all readers and their total views, reads, read receipts, etc. This information can be downloaded as a CSV but provides no specific article information, just an overall summary. If we view Analytics > Reader > “Reader A”, we can see a list of all articles that the reader has accessed with details about their views, reads, read receipts, etc. This information can be downloaded as a CSV.
Based on the above implementation, it is a lot of manual work for the users to fetch the "Read Receipt" details for each article and each reader. If the user is supposed to report on the weekly progress of their users (not just their weekly usage), they would have to repeat the steps outlined above for every Article or every Reader, every week and manually input that info on an external spreadsheet OR download the CSV of all articles accessed for each reader account. That just isn’t feasible considering the number of readers and articles!
Hence the customer would love to get this info quickly and directly in Document360 or have a way to download that information in just one CSV. Even an option to fetch these details through API would be a very useful option for the user.
Kindly check and share your thoughts. Thank you

We also need the ability to export a report for read receipts. We not only need the name of who has completed the read receipt, it would be very helpful if we also had a report of who hasn't without doing a manual compare of everyone in a given group or access list.
Additionally, we need the ability to be a bit more selective with read receipts. Because of training or coaching needs, it would be good if we could assign read receipts to only select readers within the KB.

Ramesh Lokesh Thank you so much for creating this post! Would it be possible to rename it to something like "Add reporting options for Read Receipt data" or something like that?
