Unable to disable the "Create Articles" option while integrating Document360 with Freshdesk

One of our customers have requested that while integrating Document360 with Freshdesk using the Document360 API token, the users would like to disable the "Create Article" option shown in the Freshdesk UI.
Currently it seems like there is no option to achieve it during the integration process and also after the integration is complete.

Ramesh Lokesh - Can you provide user details? Why user doesn't want to have this feature? Because this would benefit them if they have this option?
Providing these information would help us to evaluate this request further.

Magnificent Grasshopper: Thanks for the quick turnaround. We have policies and clear roles and responsabilities for creation of articles on our KB. The "Create Article" option gives anyone with access to Freshdesk the ability to create article (which goes against our policies). Does this help ?
