Machine translation is currently unavailable in the Customize Site feature. Translations must be done manually. Adding this option would greatly help in managing a multilingual knowledge base.

Mohamed Shakheen: Hi Shakeen, for us, the usage is currently one-time only. However, if we decide to add more languages in the future, we may reuse it. That said, the feature will always remain available on the site. From a reader’s perspective, the value of this feature corresponds to the number of customers who view the site in that specific language.
