Translate the tags

At this time, we can only add tags for the entire knowledge base including all the languages.
We have more number of tags and we would like to use them in all the languages. It would be better if we have an option to translate the tags created in one language to another, we will be able to map them for the respective language.
With that, if there is an option to filter the tags based on the language, we will be able to identify and assign the tags according to their language.

We would like the functionality to behave like variables, in that you can translate and manage the tags in each of the workspace languages. In addition, the tags dropdown menu in the Advanced Search should be dynamic to only show the 'Global' or the selected workspace language when navigating in the site, NOT all tags (to avoid seeing duplicates of the same tag in languages that are not applicable).
