- We would like to have tooltips for the icons available in KB widget.
- We also would like to customize the color of the search container and it's shadow showed when we click on it.1.
- We would like to change the scroll to top icon shown in the widget.

Adding tooltips for KB widget icons and providing the ability to customize the “Scroll to Top” icon are both considered quick wins with clear usability benefits. We’ve acknowledged this and will evaluate it for near-term implementation.

To better understand your need - would custom CSS styling work for your use case? This approach would allow you to fully control the search container’s color, shadow, and interaction states without waiting for a product-level configuration.
