Too much at the top is LOST when scrolling

On the published page in v2.0 articles, when the reader scrolls down the entire top section of the KB scrolls away. They loose the support links, language selectors, theme selector, and search tool. They also lose the TAGS list, which is now at the top of the "In this article" TOC.
It would be much more useful to the reader if the entire top navigation bar stayed in place when they scrolled. (Not for mobile, where screen space is at a premium, but definitely for desktop viewing; which is how most people use help KBs for software products.)
At the very least, please prevent the hiding of the TAGS list in the right side TOC. It makes no sense to keep the entire TOC visible but hide the TAGS. See attached image for details.

Sticky Language Switcher for Article Pages
Kesavan M
Request to provide an option to keep the language switcher navigation bar fixed (sticky) at the top of the article page. This will allow users to switch languages easily even when scrolling to the bottom of long articles.

Hi Lemon Crawdad ,Kesavan M,
Thank you for sharing this request.
We’ll merge this with the existing KB Site enhancement request around improving language switcher accessibility and navigation behavior.
The requirement to keep the language switcher sticky/fixed at the top while scrolling is already being considered as part of ongoing KB Site improvements.
This is currently tentatively targeted around the May release timeframe, subject to final prioritization and implementation readiness.

Hi Lapis lazuli Barnacle Thank you for sharing this detailed feedback.
We understand the importance of maintaining access to key navigation tools and content elements for an optimal reader experience, especially on desktop. We see value in your suggestion to keep the top navigation bar and the TAGS list accessible during scrolling.
We will mark this feedback as under review for now and we will evaluate it.
We’ll keep you updated on any progress.
