Currently, the users can provide a like or dislike for the answers provided by Ask Eddy. However, the users cannot provide a comment/feedback on the answers provided by Ask Eddy. The customer would like an option to be included so that the readers can provide a comment/feedback for the Ask Eddy answers and they should b tracked in the Eddy Analytics as well.
