Shakeer Hussain S: Thank you, but I can't see what has changed. Even after checking in with Hani Harrise from Customer Success it seems like there are still none of the requested options available:

1 - A generic title (for example "Code")

2 - An option to show no title at all

3 - An option to manually write any custom title

4 - Adding the needed title in our specific case "Qlik Expression" or at least just "Expression" to keep it more general for others as well.

So no, this is not sufficient at all and I beg you to urge in this matter as we already stated over a year ago now that we consider this very problematic and it makes us provide incorrect content to our users.

Sia Eckler: Thanks for your response. I really apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. The initial request we got from one of the user is to add a title for the code block and that has made me close this request as complete. I completely understand your requirement. I will discuss this internally with my team and come back to you with a feasible solution on this.
