Every time the ticket deflector form is submitter, Document360 should trigger a notification.
- In notification mapping, introduce a notification for Ticket deflector form submission.
- All the notification channels should be supported.

Is the only option to have it go to specific emails? Ideally I would like to be able to map it the same way you can with other notifications so that it can be routed to other apps such as Microsoft Teams.

Sam Fredericks thanks for your feedback, however we do have an option in our ticket deflector, notification configuring place to add receipients and you can choose from the list of team accounts whom you wish to be notified. Having notification channels separate this would still do the same action, however. Let us know if this would suffice.
