Ticket deflector - customisable URL

We'd like to be able to change the URL that's shown for ticket deflector so that we needn't have /ticket-deflector/ in the path, for aesthetic reasons.

Prabhakaran Parasuraman: Simply put, we'd prefer not to have "ticket-deflector" in the URL as we don't want customers to see this. We'd like to be able to customise the URL that ticket deflector is served on, or at least we'd like the default path to be something more palatable to customers (e.g. "/contact-us")
