As a CSM, I’m raising this feature request on behalf of one of our customers:
We would like to request support for managing synonyms. For instance, in cases like "fansite" vs "fansight," where typo tolerance does not account for semantic or phonetic variations, synonyms would provide a more precise and manageable solution. Enabling this functionality would enhance search accuracy and allow for more granular control. Thank you!

Thanks for sharing the feedback. We have search related enhancements in our backlog, we will discuss with the team and keep you posted on the updates.
In the meantime, if there are specific synonym pairs that are currently affecting customers search results, feel free to share them, and we will keep them noted.

Does this last sentence apply on a workspace basis?
I think what the request aim for is that: let us have our own vocabulary. What makes sense for one domain might not apply in another domain at all.
