Synchronize left navigation scroll with page scroll on the Knowledge Base site

Currently, the left navigation panel on the Knowledge Base site maintains its own independent scroll position. When a user scrolls to the bottom of a long article, the main content reaches the end of the page, but the left navigation does not automatically scroll to the bottom, requiring users to scroll the navigation panel separately to view the remaining categories.
Requested Enhancement:
Synchronize the left navigation scroll with the main page scroll so that the navigation panel automatically reaches the corresponding position as users scroll through the article.

Based on the current design, the left navigation maintains its own independent scroll position, while the Table of Contents (TOC) scrolls with the article content. When you navigate to a different article, the left navigation automatically scrolls to the selected article and highlights it.
