Enable the chatbot to surface relevant images from help articles directly within responses when answering user queries. Many documentation articles rely on screenshots or diagrams to explain workflows, and displaying these visuals in chatbot answers would significantly improve clarity and usability. Modern AI systems such as ChatGPT and Claude can already interpret information from screenshots and images, so supporting image-based content would greatly enhance answer quality.

Extensive Grouse, thanks for the feedback. From our review, most of our competitors currently do not support images in reply content, as responses are typically stored as text. That said, we can plan to expand this capability in the future to support reading and fetching images in responses. However, this is not part of our immediate roadmap at the moment.
