When a category or article has been archived, it is removed from the category tree and excluded from portal search, so a user working from a shared direct link, bookmark, or ID has no way to locate where the item currently resides in the portal.

When a portal user opens a direct link or searches by an ID that matches an archived category or article, show a clear in-portal indicator or redirect pointing to its entry on the Archived page, instead of returning no results.

Benefit: Users can immediately locate and act on an archived item they were linked to or identified by ID, without manually browsing the full Archived page listing.
