The customer would like to have a hierarchy for tags so that articles can be tagged based on a structured hierarchy rather than flat tags. For example, if they have articles for multiple features across different modules, they want the ability to:

Create parent-child tag relationships (e.g., Module → Feature).

Tag articles according to this hierarchy.

Use the hierarchy to improve search relevance and prioritization, so that results can be filtered or ordered by module, then by feature.

This would help in better organization, more accurate tagging, and delivering more meaningful search results for end users.
