Currently, the Document360 Glossary list page on KB site categorizes all non-ASCII characters (such as Umlauts Ä, Ö, Ü) under the “#” section. This results in glossary terms beginning with Umlauts being grouped incorrectly and not easily discoverable for end-users.
To improve usability, glossary terms with Umlauts should be recognized as distinct alphabetical entries and displayed under their corresponding letter categories instead of being grouped under “#”. For example:
Glossary terms beginning with Ä should be grouped under Ä
Glossary terms beginning with Ö should be grouped under Ö
Glossary terms beginning with Ü should be grouped under Ü
This enhancement will ensure that international users, particularly German-speaking customers, can browse glossary entries more intuitively.
