Support for Multilingual 404 Error Pages in Document360

It would be helpful to allow creation of 404 error pages in multiple languages within Document360. This would let teams display localized error messages based on the user’s language or region instead of a single default page.
Ideally, the system could automatically serve the correct 404 page based on the selected language or fallback to a default language when a translation is not available.

Thank you for sharing this request.
We understand the need for language-specific 404 pages in multilingual knowledge bases, allowing users to see error messages in their selected language rather than a single default page.
This request is currently under review. We are evaluating the feasibility of supporting localized 404 pages that can automatically be served based on the selected language, with fallback to a default language when a translation is unavailable.
We'll share updates once we have more clarity from our assessment.
