Support for Eddy AI indexing of dynamically generated JavaScript content (Dynamic table rendering)
under review
Kesavan M
The customer is using custom JavaScript to generate dynamic tables within the Knowledge Base site. These tables are rendered at runtime using a placeholder <div> and are not part of the static article content. As a result, Eddy AI is unable to index or retrieve this content during AI-assisted search.
The customer requests the ability for Eddy AI to recognize and index dynamically rendered JavaScript content so that such data (e.g., tables) becomes searchable and included in AI responses.

Hi Convincing Gopher,
Thank you for sharing this request.
We understand the requirement for Eddy AI to recognize and index content that is dynamically generated through custom JavaScript, such as tables rendered at runtime using placeholder elements.
This request is currently under review. We'll evaluate the feasibility of supporting AI indexing for dynamically rendered JavaScript content so that it can be included in Eddy AI search results and responses, while considering the associated technical and performance implications.
We'll share updates once we have more clarity from our assessment.
