At this time, once the file limit of 5,000 is reached, the user must manually set a new default folder.
We would like a new folder to be created automatically once the file limit is reached and have it set as the default folder.

We just had a similar issue. There was no "you're about to run out of room" warning or anything; a smoother transition when the space is available is definitely needed here.
