Sub-folders not visible after cloning category (UI caching issue)

Sub-folders disappear from the Category Manager immediately after cloning a category or sub-category.
The content remains accessible, but the left navigation does not reflect it until logout/login.
This appears to be a UI caching issue related to lazy loading being enabled.
