Status Indicators in Doc360 Portal View
backlog
Frank Swanson
It would be very helpful to see the Status Indictors in the portal view of Doc360 without having to switch between the Knowledge Base and the Portal. Once I turn a status indicator on, I'd like to immediately see that reflected in the navigation tree in the left just as it is displayed in the reader view of the Knowledge Base.
For example, the attached screenshot shows two articles. The first has a status of new, and the second has a status of updated. But how would I know that unless I was in the Knowledge Base seeing the article as a reader would see it?

Hi Frank
Thank you for sharing this insightful feedback.
We understand the value of displaying Status Indicators (e.g., New, Updated) directly in the navigation tree within the Portal view, similar to how they appear in the Knowledge Base reader view. This would indeed improve visibility for content managers and editors by eliminating the need to switch contexts between the portal and the published view.
At this time, this enhancement is not part of our current roadmap. However, we’ve documented your request and will keep it under review for future consideration based on customer traction and feasibility.
