Currently, when a reader submits feedback with the “Notify me about updates” option enabled, the confirmation message displayed differs between the KB Site and the KB Widget. The KB Widget displays “Thank you for your feedback! Our team will get back to you,” whereas the KB Site displays only “Thank you for your feedback,” resulting in an inconsistent user experience for the same feedback submission action.

To improve consistency across both experiences, a request has been raised to standardize the confirmation message shown after feedback submission in both the KB Site and KB Widget. The proposed implementation is to display only:

“Thank you for your feedback”

even when readers select the “Notify me about updates” option.

The reason behind this approach is that follow-up communication with readers depends entirely on the admin/support team’s workflow and decision. Displaying “Our team will get back to you” may unintentionally create an expectation that every feedback submission will receive a response, which may not always be the case. The enhancement would also continue to support localization variables for multilingual projects while ensuring a more consistent experience across the platform.
