Make title of search page to be "Decisions Documentation - Search for {{search phrase}}"
Make title of 404 page to be "Decisions Documentation - Page not found"
Reason: We are also using Google Analytics to measure performance of system and catch users behavior. Currently both of those pages have title just as "Decisions".

Grand Crocodile: Thanks for moving this to planned. Hope you will be able to implement it quickly, as it is not too big off change imo and will help us follow up on 404's much better and easier.
