Sort/filter All Articles and Worklow Assignments by "Last edited by"

As it says in the title: I cannot currently sort/filter the list in All Articles or Workflow Assignments to see who last edited an article, or who it was that moved the article into a given workflow status, and it'd be helpful to be able to do this.
Unless this is covered by the "Contributor" filter, in which case that label isn't totally clear to me (is contributor the person who creates the article, or anyone who's touched it?)
