Site should open in portal’s default language

As per the current setup, the KB site loads according to the language configured in the user’s browser.
However, the customer wants the site to open in the portal’s default language instead.
Their concern is that they cannot require all users to set their browser language to English, and they prefer the site to load based on the portal’s default language.

Thank you for sharing this request. Currently, the KB site loads based on the user’s browser language settings by design, to provide a localized experience where possible.
We’ll check whether it’s possible to disable browser-language detection and instead force the KB site to load using the portal’s default language. We’ll review the technical feasibility of this behavior and share an update once we have more clarity.
