There already is an option when adding a new article to chose to "Copy existing". But this is only at the article level, not the category level.

Julian Weiss: Thanks for your suggestion, however not much of relevant usecases to copy an entire category of articles. In few cases, users might be having huge volume and they might be making an erroneous step. Hence we have provided an option to copy single article. Thanks for your time and suggestion.

We need one-click solution to replicate the new articles from one folder to another folder or one knowledge base to another knowledge base. Same while replicating the updated articles with clearly indicating the changes.

Sriparna Saha we have introduced the concept of "Shared Articles" in our latest release. For time being requesting you to leverage this option. Duplicating articles is in our pipeline. However, moving / copying articles between knowledge bases is not in our roadmap.
