We experience prolonged processing periods during new reader sign-up (self-registration) and with no visual clue that the sign-up request is being processed (e.g.: a rotating circle, etc.). This prompts readers to click the sign-up button more then once, which then in turn results in an error message (even thought the verification email was already sent). Adding a visual clue would be most helpful. Thanks much!
