Show the file details and location (in drive) in the article level when clicking on the media file

When a portal users in an Article clicks on any file it brings up the toolbar which has button that opens the ‘File Details’ panel on the right. Attached image for your reference.
Use case:
Our scenario involves a large separate team of authors independently working on hundreds of articles spread across multiple categories. The drive has 20,000+ shared files spread out across an extensive folder tree.
Authors need to know exactly which file is being used in their article and what folder it is stored in. They often need to find the original file in the Drive so they can use it in a different article or manage the file’s tags or move its drive folder location or identify all the other articles that are using the same file for numerous reasons such as the impact changing it would have on other articles. There is no way our authors can remember the name of every file and the folder it is stored in just by looking at it in an article.
The drive tells me which Articles a file is being used in and where those articles are. The Article needs to tell me which file it is using and where that file is in the drive.
