Often, there are several articles that move through various stages. Sometimes, just knowing who touched an aritcle last helps speed up the process. For example, there may be 40 articles where there was a small change. But there are another 40 articles that have larger changes that need more elaborate review. If we had the ability to filter articles in a workflow by last modified, it gives us the ability to mass select and publish articles by author.

Yes, showing the contributor name will be very helpful. Would it be possible to also include the rights of the person whose name is in rev. history? Such as DRAFT WRITER, PUBLISH RIGHTS, etc.?

Stephen Kairys: No, actually the team accounts are license based and obivously as system admin / user they would be knowing the permissions for the user. In addition to this, there are other factors like security norms and UX cluttering with more info as well.

Nibu Stephen Caroline - thanks for your feedback, and sharing your thoughts.
Contributors (X,Y,Z), for instance, are working on article A1 while X,Y have "Publish" rights and Z as "Draft Writer". Final content updates are made by Y,Z and published by X, then last modified will be X since the final update which is published performed.
Displaying the contributor name in the workflow revision history can be considered and planned for future.
Can we confirm if this is your expectation as well ?

This would be great if it could e added to Revision History for each article.
