Teams using multi-stage custom workflows can currently learn an article’s custom workflow stage only by opening the article directly or applying a separate filter on another page, rather than seeing it at a glance alongside the rest of the article list.

Allow the status icon in the category tree and All Articles list to reflect an article’s current custom workflow stage (for example, via a distinct icon, label, or tooltip), in addition to the existing basic states (Draft, Published, Unpublished, Stale).

Benefit: Teams can scan their article list and immediately see which stage each piece of content is in, speeding up release coordination across a documentation team.
