Show comment preview in Overview

I find the list of comments not very helpful. It just lists all the comments in historical order and allows you to click a comment to open the related article. When I research comments, I want direct and easy access to the contents of a comment. Therefore, clicking a comment should open a preview of the comment, perhaps with an option to open the related article, but not as the default behavior. Also, a keyword search function across all comments would be helpful. I often remember keywords that were mentioned in a comment, but then I cannot find it without sifting through all the comments by person. This would be a precursor to https://feedback.document360.com/feature-request/p/enhance-comments-feature-in-overview.

Ability to move comments around on screen

I want to be able to grab the title bar of a comment and move it around on screen. The comment sometimes overlaps the text or is otherwise in the way, for example, if I want to copy and paste text from the comment into the document.

Enhance Comments feature in Overview

Instead of just a list of comments, I would like to get actionable data. Comments include a lot of valuable information (like developer or product expert input) that goes unused. For example, I would like to be able to label comments as "Actionable", like a comment that I need to resolve in the article in order to publish it, but that I want to follow up on later (like terminology suggestions). Other places where comments might be a useful addition are Analytics and the AI suite (for analysis etc.)

Hi Claus, this is a good ask, you want some intelligence and action based comments section. We can plan this in our roadmap if we see more customer traction towards this and we can treat this as a separate improvement itself.
