We using document360 as our document maintain DB, but not using it as the search engine in our website. Hope we can update our own feedback data of each article to document360 and show on documnet360 dashboard.

Young Grouse can you clarify more on this request? the understanding from the given title is that any articles which has received feedbacks you would like to update them through API and relevant info should be updated in analytics page of Document360?
