Current Limitation:

Document360 currently applies the same page width setting (Center or Full Width) across the entire knowledge base. When the Center layout is selected to improve the appearance of the Knowledge Base home page, article pages are also forced into a centered layout.

This creates excessive unused whitespace on both sides of article pages, which negatively impacts:

Content readability

Table of Contents (TOC) usability

Overall utilization of available screen space

Requested Enhancement

Full Width

Knowledge Base Content/Article Pages

This would allow organizations to maintain a visually appealing home page while optimizing article pages for content consumption and TOC visibility.
