When configuring a custom email domain in Document360, we currently do not have a built-in way to validate whether the setup is working correctly.

Proposed Solution

Add a “Send Test Email” button within the custom email domain configuration settings that allows users to:

-> Send a test email to a specified address

-> Verify successful delivery and formatting

-> Confirm sender domain authentication (SPF, DKIM, etc.)
